To Apply for an appointment of nomination to a Commission or Board, please use the official City Application form for either Commissions or for Advisory Boards, submit one copy to the City for EACH Board or Commission you are interested in joining and fill out our Appointment Interest Indicator form to let us know on which Boards or Commissions you would be interested in serving.
