Host Nick Rimedio and La Peer Hotel invite you to a gathering of West Hollywood business and community leaders for a conversation with Councilmember Lauren Meister, and an opportunity to support her re-election campaign.
After nearly two decades as a neighborhood advocate, Lauren Meister was elected to the West Hollywood City Council in 2015. Since being elected to West Hollywood City Council, Councilmember Meister has worked on increasing social services for people who are homeless, advocated for greater police presence in our neighborhoods, and promoted neighborhood-friendly planning and land use policies. Her initiatives have included the establishment of a Small Business Task Force, the Sidewalk Cleaning Pilot Program, and Art on Construction Fences. These types of initiatives not only impact the quality of life for West Hollywood residents -- but also our patrons. Councilmember Meister recognizes that visitors to our city should leave impressed by our city -- that means clean streets, safe neighborhoods, unique shopping and dining experiences, and appealing venues.
So, please join us on the beautiful rooftop terrace of the La Peer Hotel on Tuesday, October 2nd at 6 pm! Lite refreshments will be served. Campaign donations of up to $500 are appreciated; suggested minimum $100.
